Honey Teriyaki Grilled Shrimp Skewers

2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
salt and black pepper to taste

Brush the skewers with the sauce and place directly onto the grill or on a flat BBQ tray. Cook until shrimp are pink, frequently basting them with the sauce.

Sweet, tangy with a bit of kick, these babies grilled up beautifully even though the tails burned a bit. But, since the tail skin was still on, the meat on the inside turned out just fine.
