Stuffed Green Peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp A1 Sauce
1 Tbsp A1 Sauce
1 Tbsp Worchestire sauce
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup instant white rice
4 large green bell peppers, tops and seeds removed
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Steak seasoning

1 large clove garlic, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cups water
1/4 cup grated parmsesan

1/4 cup Italian Bread crumbs

Boil the peppers in a large pot for 10 minutes to soften them.
In a large saucepan, heat 2 Tbsp oil and add the onion and garlic until the onions are slightly translucent.
Add the beef, A-1 and Worchesire and cook thoroughly. Chop the beef as it's cooking into smaller parts.
While the beef is draining, add 1/2 water to the pan and the 1/2 cup of instant rice. bring to a boil and cook the rice through, adding 1/4 cup of tomato sauce as it cooks.
Return the cooked beef to the saucepan and add the Mrs. Dash, red pepper, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Mix until blended.

Stuff each pepper with 1/4 of the beef mixture. Place the peppers in a glass baking dish and pour the remaining sauce around the peppers, saving a bit for the tops. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
