1/2 pound chopped mushrooms |
1 egg , slightly beaten |
1-2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1-2 tablespoons Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce |
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Steak Seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
dash pepper 1 large clove garlic, chopped |
1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs bread crumbs |
2 pounds ground beef |
1/4-1/2 cups barbecue sauce 1/2 cups of chopped onion If you are using canned mushrooms, they should be drained first. I prefer to use fresh mushrooms, however I was short on time and didn't want to run to the store, so I used canned. In a mixing bowl, combine egg, Worcestershire, BBQ sauce, Country Bobs Sauce, seasonings and bread crumbs. Let stand about 5 minutes. |
Chopped Mushrooms |
I prefer Red Onion for it's sweetness |

Not too bad! Of course depending on what you add/subtract, it change. This recipe is very tasty. I love the barbecue flavor in the meat and it stayed moist even with the long baking time. I served this with corn on the cob and pasta salad. YUM!!!
