Southwest Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad for a barbecue

Easy pasta salad recipe for those warm summer day picnics and good for potlucks too. This one is super easy. I like the addition of the spicy ranch to give it some extra zip. 
1/2 of a box of Great Value Radiatore
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup Spicy Ranch Dressing
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp Baco's
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1 small can green chilis (optional)
2 hard boiled eggs
Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Mix the mayonnaise, ranch, red bell pepper, Mrs. Dash and the salt and pepper. Add the pasta and Bacos and mix thoroughly. Slice the hard boiled eggs and top the salad. Sprinkle with parsley.
