Ateevia Review & Giveaway

I have arthritis in both my hands and sometimes it can get nasty. I work as an Executive Assistant when I'm not conjuring up a new recipe in the kitchen so all the typing can really aggravate my hand and wrist pain. I have had arthritis for about a year now and it's worse now then when I first was diagnosed. My husband also suffers from arthritis in his hip and neck along with some other chronic pain so you can see how we were both excited to try it.  I was sent a 2.5 oz tube of Ateevia Botanica for inflammation-based pain to review.

From their website
Ateevia Botanica is representative of the unwavering belief that ecological integration of plant activity with human physiology offers an opportunity to facilitate the healing process. PRIME is an acronym for “Phytonutrient-Rich Inflammation-Minimizing Extract”. Ateevia Botanica is a powerful biochemical storehouse of vital phytonutrients compelling in fighting inflammatory activity. Power-packed with essential anti-inflammatory nutrients, such as antioxidants, flavonoids, lignans (as well as oleic and linoleic acids), Ateevia uses Mother Nature’s own medicine to conquer inflammatory pain naturally and safely.

Ateevia Botanica is effective in providing relief from some of the most common pain conditions in joints, muscles and tissues:
 Arthritis / Arthritic Joints
 Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
 Tendinitis / Tennis Elbow
 Plantar Fasciitis
 Sport Strains and Bruises
 Back Pain / Muscle Aches

My Thoughts
When we first used Ateevia, my husband said it had the color of baby poop, but certainly not the smell! In fact, the scent is very pleasant, not like some pain relieving creams that can clear your sinuses with the strong scent. That meant a lot to me since I do not want people "smelling" me coming and I can be quite sensitive to strong odors.  I noticed a reduction in my hand pain within an hour and the relief lasted for quite some time. I only reapplied it twice during the day. For chronic pain, I suggest reapplying a couple of times a day then once when going to bed.
Along with a pleasant scent, it applied to my skin smoothly and was not greasy. There is nothing worse then applying a greasy lotion or pain cream and feeling like you just dipped your hand in a bottle of oil. This was important to me since I reapplied while out shopping and there was not a sink around to wash my hands if I needed to. Bonus!

I am not a doctor, so check with yours before trying any new product. However, I do recommend this product to my readers who suffer from chronic pain and inflammation.  And for folks who hate popping a pill for every ache and pain, this product is for you. It's natural and safe to use.
