Simple Shrimp Snack

While watching football this weekend (Go Niners!!), we needed a little snack. This is so easy and simple.. quick too.

I took a bunch of shrimp and marinated it in lime juice, a dash of garlic powder and some Mrs. Dash Carribean Citrus seasoning. I put it in the fridge for about an hour. Then, I alternated the shrimp and a small piece of bacon on skewers. I put in on my stove stop grill pan and cooked it until doen, about 5 minutes or so. You can precook the bacon if you wish, but I just used enough so that it cooked with the shrimp. Turned out great!
