4 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
1/2 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
2 - 6 ounce steak of choice
Take the first 6 ingredients and mix well.
Brush a layer of the garlic butter onto the steaks. I always let the steaks sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before I cook them. Why you ask? So they are not cold in the center when I put them on the grill. If they go straight from fridge to grill, they don't cook evenly and you'll get a charred outside and a rare inside.
Place the steaks on the grill over medium high heat.
Cook for about 5 minutes per side depending on thickness. Coat the steaks with remaining garlic butter after they are flipped. These were not very thick and I like mine medium to medium rare so five minutes per side worked well for me.
Don't these make you want to dig in right now?
Sometimes there is nothing better than a good steak on the grill! Love the sauce you made.
